  Michael Cattivera
  Director - Australia

  Michael is one of the original founders of Offer 
  Australia since 1990. His focus has been assisting
  local and overseas multi-national vendors in their
  customer sales activities. During this time
  Michael worked with Infinity and Zamro, having
  experience in both enterprise and service provider
  markets. Prior to joining the IT industry in 1990,
  Michael held business development positions
  within the finance & banking industries.

Over the past three years Michael has focused on placing many senior executives and technical people within the ICT industries. Michael enjoys helping top 2% professionals in their career planning, making money and working in a team to help others.

Shirley has over15 years experience in sales, products & marketing in telecommunications, internet, wireless and interactive TV. She has worked in the Asia Pacific, Australia, UK, Europe and North America markets, where she has held a mix of senior sales & marketing position with leading vending including Cisco, Motorola, Nortel and Alcatel. She specialises in leading teams in corporations and new start-ups into new markets and/or with new solutions to significantly drive the business revenue.

Shirley returned to Australia in 2003 with Nortel Networks to lead the wireless sales team to launch CDMA EVDO PC solutions worth over $50M with Telstra and Nortel's voice sales team to introduce softswitch technology into Telstra.

In 2007 she accepted the role as Executive General Manager, Telstra account with Alcatel Australia working with Telstra on the IP transformation project for advanced Broadband services in Australia.

Shirley is currently consulting with various companies in growing their carrier and enterprise business across Asia Pacific.

Adept at driving growth of company revenues and improving sales-team and partner performance. Tenacious in building new business, securing customer loyalty, and forging strong relationships with internal and external business partners.

Francesco has an established and broad range of contacts in the enterprise ICT market in Australia.

Francesco has held a number of senior executive positions with leading organisations including AT&T, Lucent Technologies, BMC software and EDS.

  Marcus G Valles

  Prior to joining Offer Australia, Marcus played a leading
  role in developing large scale projects for the Victorian
  Government via the Business Innovation Centre, 
  directing company wide improvements though Business
  implementation. Marcus is currently specialist lecturer
  and consultant in the Marketing and eCommerce fields
  at Australia’s Swinburne University.

 
Marcus has over eightyears experience in consulting to industry while conducting projects with Australian mid-sized enterprises. In 2005 Marcus created the Quest Innovation Award which opens up opportunities in emerging markets for OECD investors (high technology and manufacturing sectors).He has held key managerial and marketing roles with Pilkington plc and Strasberger Enterprises and as Vice President of CFI. Before joining the Swinburne he consulted to Australia Post, Kayser, AngliCare, Tobin Bros, ANCA, Confoil and TMI.

Marcus holds degrees in Economics, Marketing, International Business and Finance including an MBA (Monash). He lives with his wife and two children in Melbourne.
