Trevor Williams
Trevor brings a wealth of experience to Offer Australia, extending our reach throughout Asia. He has worked in regional leadership and management roles for a wide range of vendors including F5 Networks, BEA Systems, Penton Media and Mobile Streams.
Trevor’s focus in Asia is in the capacity of recruitment, management and HR consultant and he’s assisted larger vendors with their internal processes, including Yahoo and Visa.
Trevor has an MBA from London Business School (University of London) and an Engineering degree, with Honours from Curtin University as well as an exchange program at the University of Michigan. Trevor is the ‘go to guy‘ in Singapore when your business needs the appropriate contacts, he has his finger on the pulse in Asia and is able to reach the right people at the right time.
Shirley Cotterill
Shirley has over 20 years’ experience as a sales, products and marketing professional in telecommunications, internet, wireless and interactive TV. She has worked in the Asia Pacific, Australia, UK, Europe and North America markets where she has held a mix of senior sales and marketing positions with leading vendors including HP, Cisco, Motorola, Nortel and Alcatel.
She specialises in leading established corporate and start-up teams into new markets, often with new solution offerings, to drive significant revenue for businesses.
Shirley successfully lead the wireless sales team at Nortel Networks Australia in 2003 to launch CDMA EVDO PC solutions with Telstra in a deal worth over $50M and also Nortel's voice sales team to introduce soft switch technology into Telstra.
In 2007, she accepted the role as executive general manager, Telstra account, with Alcatel Australia, working with Telstra on the IP transformation project for advanced broadband services in Australia. She is currently working with HP leading a program that incorporates cloud platforms for channels in the South Pacific.
Shirley assists Offer Australia with board advice and advising its clients in market entry strategies across Australia. Her international experience and knowledge of start ups is very valuable to the team.
Stephen Argyropoulos
Stephen has over 20 years’ experience in sales, marketing, consulting and program management, all within blue chip telecommunication and consultancy sector organisations, leading household name brands. He literally has a string of strategic business and sales successes.
He’s held executive roles in Oracle, Cap Gemini, Ernst & Young, Ericsson, Amdocs and most recently Tata Consulting. His leadership has delivered significant business and has successfully managed over 100 key projects.
Stephen has an extensive professional network with direct access to key clients in the IT&T industry, and over the last five years has helped business customers profit from their network and IT transformations.
Stephen assists Offer Australia with board advice, and is especially helpful assisting its customers who are pitching into service providers.
Marcus Valles
For over 15 years Marcus has been directly involved in leading companies as an entrepreneur, industry consultant and executive educator. He has travelled and worked in India China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and Australia where he is based.
Marcus works in partnership with Offer Australia to assist technology companies establish business into India, his country of specialisation.
Marcus has consulted to a range of companies in the areas of management, leadership and international business. His clients include executives from companies like Kayser, Australia Post, AngliCare, Tobin Bros, ANCA, Confoil, TMI and many more SMEs and companies from Australia's top 200.
He privately owns Global India Pty Ltd (developers of research and strategy) and is co-founder of a not-for-profit charity called Imagine India Inc. In 2005 Marcus created the Quest Innovation Award which opens up opportunities in emerging markets for OECD investors (high technology and manufacturing sectors).
Marcus specialises in developing new business opportunities for companies seeking to significantly drive business revenue by entry to India and the Asia region (SAFTA).
He is also an adjunct lecturer and consultant in the Marketing and International Business fields at Australia’s Swinburne University. Marcus holds degrees in Economics, Marketing, International Business and Finance including an MBA at the Mt Eliza Business School (Monash University). He lives with his wife and two children in Melbourne.
Ana is partner in Harvest Ideas, a boutique marketing, communications and PR business specialising in writing content and copy for websites, press releases, e-newsletters, print ads, articles, biographies and social media, including SEO friendly content. They also write business plans and tender response documents on behalf of clients, many of whom are small businesses and start ups.
In addition to ICT, current and previous clients are from the following industries: food and beverage, hospitality, health and aged care, music and entertainment, finance, employment and recruitment, beauty services, travel and leisure, and not for profit entities.
Ana has over 20 years’ experience as a marketing communication and PR professional in global and national environments in the telecommunications/IT, energy and retirement industries, including Ericsson, Lucent Technologies (now Alcatel-Lucent), Origin Energy and Primelife (now Lend Lease Primelife).
Ana’s business partner Fiona Dickson also has over 20 years’ marketing and communications experience, including vast experience in the catering and hospitality industry having worked for companies such as Spotless where she gained invaluable experience in complex tenders, a three year stint at Douwe Egberts in Amsterdam which saw her in charge of a major new product and launch to market strategy, as well as marketing projects for the Australian Grand Prix Corporation.
The pair worked in the together for three years, marketing for the retirement segment of Primelife (now Lend Lease Primelife), and formed Harvest Ideas in October 2009. Their areas of specialty are: PR, marketing communication, content/copy writing, tender response document, social and online media.
Emmanuel has over 12 years experience working in the telecommunications industry primarily concentrating in the Mobile Data and application business. Graduating from RMIT in Communications Engineering, he has held server roles over this time initially working in the engineering then moving to sales in the past 5 years.
Emmanuel has an extensive professional network with direct access to key clients in the Mobile telecommunications space as well as the service provider industry. Over the last five years he has helped businesses build their brand and take their products and services into the Mobile application space.
Emmanuel supports the Offer Australia team with advice into the Mobile industry. He also assists in the plethora of Mobile VAS start-up companies that are now starting to find ground in an consumer market becoming increasingly more wirelessly connected.
Michael is one of the original founding partners of Offer Australia in 1990. His focus has been assisting local and overseas multi-national technology vendors in their customer sales activities. During this time Michael worked with Infinity and Zamro, gaining experience in both enterprise and service provider markets.
Prior to joining the IT industry in 1990, Michael held business development roles
within the finance and banking industries.
Over the past 15 years Michael’s area of specialty has been on placing many senior Asia Pacific country managers and technical leaders within the ICT industry. Michael enjoys helping the top 2% of communications and IT professionals in their career planning, making money and working in a team to help others.
